1. Set the screen down and turn on projector.

2. Make sure the light on the HDMI splitter has the light on number 1. If it is on number 2, press the button to switch to number 1.

3. Press Source button on projector remote labelled "BenQ" and select "HDMI 2" using arrow keys.

4. Press the Power button on the Apple TV remote to turn it on.

5. Connect to Apple TV with airplay by opening Control Center and then Screen Mirroring.

6. Select Board Room to connect. You may be asked to enter in a PIN that will show up on the screen. Repeat these steps to click it again to turn it off.
