Licensing Error in PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro

Issue:

When attempting to save a document as .pdf or modify a .pdf file, the following error occurs:

 

 

Fix:

Launch Adobe Acrobat and sign into an account with a valid license subscription.

 

1. Exit the application that is attempting to use Adobe Acrobat (whether it's Word, Excel, etc.).

 

 

2. Launch Adobe Acrobat.

 

 

3. A sign-in window should appear, enter your account information and continue.

Note: The account must have a valid Pro license, contact IT or your office administration for help.

 

 

4. Reopen the application you were using, and attempt to save/modify the .pdf file again.
